We’ve moved to Periode to make booking your sauna sessions easier and smoother. It’s a system designed specifically for sauna experiences and has been working very well at our Bognor Regis site.

The new booking system has been live since Wednesday 18th February.

If you’ve visited us in Eastbourne or made a booking within the past year, you should have received an email from Periode with instructions on how to set up your account.

You can also create an account during the sauna session booking process if that’s easier for you.

Currently there is no app. You can manage all your bookings easily through your online account via your phone or computer.

Yes. All existing bookings up to Tuesday 18th February have been moved to Periode. No further action is needed from you.

If you had an active membership at the time of the change, any remaining membership credits have been added to your Periode account as sauna credits, which you can use anytime.
You should also have received an email with a link to purchase your new Periode membership going forward.

There is a small update to how membership credits work. Going forward, there will no longer be separate guest credits. Instead, all membership credits  (including any previous guest credits) will be combined into one simple pool of membership credits.

Yes. You can cancel your booking through your account. If you cancel outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy, you’ll receive a credit in the form of a gift card code to use for your next booking.

No, prices remain the same.

Yes, it’s very simple to add multiple people to one booking.

Yes. With Periode you can book 30-, 60- or 90-minute sessions within one single booking.

Yes. You can open the booking page directly on your phone and manage everything there (there is currently no separate app).

Yes. Periode uses secure, encrypted payment systems to ensure your personal and payment information is protected at all times.

Eastbourne bookings are now managed through Periode.
For Sea Lane, Sauna Café or Worthing bookings, you will still use Momence for now.
